We have vacancies for the following positions: Expand all Nurse Manager You will lead the nursing team and related healthcare workers in the ward, and be responsible for the day-to-day operational work flow in the Nursing Department. Requirements: · Degree / Diploma in Nursing with Post Basic Nursing Certificate preferred · Registration with SNB as a Registered Nurse · Preferably 6 years of clinical care · Good public relations and communication skills · Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel, Power Point and Outlook Staff Nurse You will provide safe quality nursing care that meets the needs and expectations of the patients according to Ministry of Health guidelines. He/She is responsible to ensure that quality nursing services are rendered by all healthcare staff. The successful applicants can look forward to having exciting and interesting caseload opportunity, working with patients from a wider range of disciplines but mainly elderly stroke cases. The job will also include the development of policies and procedures for the department, multi-disciplinary rounds, family and staff conferences, short and long term care planning. Other duties include quality assessment, treatment and holistic management plans as well as discharge planning for the diverse patient population including in-patient, out-patient and home care patients. You will also be expected to contribute towards continuous quality improvement programs within the department. Requirements: - At least a Bachelor Degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited institution - Preferably a Member of local Speech Therapy Association - Post-graduate qualification is an advantage but not essential - Knowledge in spoken Chinese dialect preferred. Operations Executive, Clinical Operations & Medical Affairs You will provide operational leadership to integrate and coordinate the delivery of patient care across departments/facilities of the Hospital. You will assist in the development of existing and new patient services provision of clinical support services and implementation of plans for improvement, integration and coordination. You will need to provide administrative and executive support for all activities. Requirements: - A Degree or Diploma in Business Management - Minimum 2-3 years working experience in healthcare environment - Proficient in Microsoft applications - Must be patient-oriented, self directed, independent yet able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team - Good interpersonal and communication skills Nurse Educator You will plan, execute and evaluate training activities to ensure the effective delivery of training programmes. You will also perform training needs analysis and formulate training plans for local and external courses. In addition, you will plan, deliver and evaluate orientation programmes and provide tutorial for nursing students. You will be responsible for the admission and screening of patient referred to the facilities within Ren Ci Hospital, co-ordinations and facilitation of admission cases, management of bed turns and management of data related to admissions and transfers with the aim for quality improvement. Requirements: - Minimum GCE ‘O’ level - At least 3 years of relevant working experience - Proficient in MS Office - Must be patient-oriented, self directed, independent and possess good interpersonal and communication skills Medical Social Worker We are looking for dedicated MSWs who share our aspirations in making a positive difference to the quality of life of patients and their families. Your role includes providing direct social work case management, counseling to patients and their families, conducting social & financial assessment and making recommendations. You will facilitate family conferences, assist in discharge planning and run therapeutic patient programmes. You are also required to liaise with relevant agencies to collaborate and network with them to provide holistic patient care. Requirements: - A recognized Degree or Post-Graduate Diploma in Social Work. - Preferably has at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience - Fresh graduate interested in the healthcare setting will be considered - Possess good interpersonal and communications skills - Dedicated, responsible and positive - Independent and a good team player Assistant, Social Care & Counselling You will need to provide administrative support to social workers and the department in the social service provision to patients and families. You are required to assist the medical social workers in routine matters and annual means testing, maintain proper filing system and provide secretarial support for patient financial assistance and departmental meetings. You have to conduct home visit and assessment for basic data collection. Requirements: - Minimum GCE ‘O’ level - 2 – 3 years relevant experience preferred - Good interpersonal communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft applications Store Assistant, Materials Management You will need to assist in stock take and the delivery of goods to various departments. Requirements: - Secondary education - 1 year of relevant experience as a Store Assistant Pharmacy Technician Responsibilities : - Assist in drugs dispensing, management and distribution of drug stock. Requirements : - Possess a Diploma in Paramedical Sciences (Pharmacy) / Pharmacy Technician certificate by Pharmaceutical Society of Singapore, MOH or equivalent Relevant experience in hospital will be an added advantage Occupational Therapist, Rehab You will formulate therapy plans based on your clinical assessment an implement those plans to best restore or improve functional abilities of our patients. You will work closely with other professionals and be an active participant in multi-disciplinary rounds.
