Eligibility

Singapore Citizen or Singapore PR

Minimum GCE 'O' level results in the following:

 English Language (EL1) Grade 1-7
 Elementary or Additional Mathematics Grade 1-6
 A relevant Science subject Grade 1-6

Bond Period: 2-year to 5-year bond
