Ren Ci took over the Pavilion Wards in 1999, which previously belonged to Tan Tock Seng Hospital. It housed 150 Chronic Sick beds and added 120 Nursing Home beds.
In December 2008, after transferring the Chronic Sick patients to the purpose-built Ren Ci Community Hospital, we converted the facility to a full-fledged nursing home.
In May 2009, funded mainly by Ministry of Health, Ren Ci Nursing Home underwent a facelift. The roofing sheets were replaced and ceiling boards were removed to allow for better ventilation. All the walls and floors were also refurbished.
The facility is equipped with proper and adequate rehabilitation facilities, an activities area and a small warehouse. With the refurbishment, Ren Ci Nursing Home has now expanded to house 210 residents. To contact us, click here!
