Ren Ci launches Project 7On7 service excellence initiative

As part of the efforts to improve Ren Ci’s services and to strive for service excellence in tandem with its higher level of care, the hospital’s service quality committee has launched a new initiative entitled “Project 7On7” for all staff. Project 7On7, which stands for “7 basic practices on all 7 days of the week”, shall be the service excellence slogan that promotes different practices on the various days of the week and act as a constant reminder for our staff to exercise quality service. -
Monday – Service with a smile -
Tuesday – Telephone etiquette -
Wednesday – Hello and goodbye -
Thursday – Resolve issues -
Friday – Team work -
Saturday – Take the initiative -
Sunday – Grooming This project is an ongoing staff-oriented initiative that is part of Ren Ci's commitment to service excellence. We shall continue to strive to serve you better.
