Medical Social Worker (Hospital)

• Duties for Medical Social Worker (Hospital)
  • You will provide direct social work case management, counseling to patients & their families and process applications for government grants & assistance. You are also required to work closely with other allied healthcare practitioners to provide holistic patient care.
    
    
• Requirements
  • A recognized Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Social Work or Counselling.
  • Preferably has at least 2-3 years relevant work experience.
  • Fresh graduates interested in the healthcare setting may apply.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Dedicated and responsible in serving the needy and their family members.

Medical Social Worker (Ren Ci Home Care)

• Duties for Medical Social Worker (Home Care)
  • Co-ordinates with home health care professionals in looking after the psychosocial needs of frail home-bound older patients and their caregivers.
  • Conduct means-tests for finanical disadvantaged clients.
    
    
• Requirements
  • At least a basic degree in Social Work or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years experience in medical social work, preferably in a community setting.
  • Likes working with elderly clients.

Executive Officer, Business Office

• Duties
  • Your duties include liaising with internal & external parties for referral applications and conduct pre-admission counseling. You will follow up on debtor control, handle all matters pertaining to transport/vehicles and facilitate the smooth operation of BO (Moulmein) office.

  • Diploma
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Organised and meticulous in work

Pharmacy Technician

• Duties
  • Assist in drugs dispensing, management and distribution of drug stock.
  • Supervision of pharmacy assistant.
    
    
• Requirements
  • Possess a Pharmacy Technician certificate by Pharmaceutical Society of Singapore, MOH or its equivalent.
  • Relevant experience in hospital will be an added advantage.

Home Care Physician (Ren Ci Home Care)

• Duties
  • You will provide medical care in the domiciliary setting through comprehensive health assessments, developing and implementing medical care plans, providing patient and caregiver education. You will also supervise a multi-disciplinary home care team comprising nurses & allied health professionals and liaise with counterparts in hospitals and other community services.
    
    
• Requirements
  • Basic Medical Qualification registrable with Singapore Medical Council.
  • Experience in internal medicine, geriatric medicine or relevant area.

Occupational Therapist

• Duties
  • Formulate therapy plans based on his/her clinical assessment and implement plans to restore or improve the functional abilities of patients
  • Work closely with other professionals and be an active participant in multi-disciplinary rounds
  • Involved in and undertake special hospital/departmental projects and training programmes assigned by Clinical Head/Rehab Manger
  • Impart necessary supervision and guidance to the junior staff
  • Participate in teaching and research. This entails education to all healthcare professionals and public both within and outside the organization
    
    
• Requirements
  • Possess a degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy
  • Preferably has at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
  • Member of Singapore Association of Occupational Therapists preferred
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Physiotherapist

• Duties
