How do we care for so many patients? By helping each other of course!
Teamwork keeps us together and our family spirit is strong because we always work together as one big and beary happy family – Management, Staff, Patients and the Volunteers.
Mommy often tells me “Education is a lifelong journey”.
And it’s true! I’ve seen Ren Ci’s staff going for classes very often. All young and old, they return to school to learn new skills and gather more knowledge. They also pay extra attention during lessons because they want to serve our patients better.
Ren Ci is like a little kampong where everybody is friendly to one another and almost everyone knows each other’s name. I like small reunion gatherings like the Nursing Befrienders and Patients’ Family Befrienders sessions because I get to know them better every time and improve upon our services.
